BADU Block

The vertical monoblock design permits excellent circulation performance at minimal space requirements. The maintenance free bellows-type mechanical seal is cooled and lubricated by the pumping liquid. This results in long intervals between maintenance periods. Equipped with external circulation line/air bleed piping including an air drain valve not only facilitates automatic but also manual air bleeding, resulting in the long life of the mechanical seal. The strainer tanks, sufficiently large as a design feature, are optimized from the point of view of flow engineering, therefore boosting the performance level to such a degree that the pumps work very efficiently. All the designs in this series also have an enameled strainer housing. The directly mounted DIN-IEC standard motor in compliance with energy efficiency class IE2 including the PTC resistor sensor is quiet, surface-cooled and replaceable and on request, can be supplied as a permanent magnetic motor (IE3) or as a water-cooled motor.
